Our refund, return, and replacement policies have been carefully designed to offer a smooth and transparent experience for all purchases made directly through our official website, www.immunepharmacy.com. These policies do not apply to products bought from retail outlets or third-party platforms.

Replacement Policy

Replacements may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during delivery and the issue was reported within 24 hours of receipt.

  • The product delivered has less than 50% of its shelf life remaining and the issue is reported within 24 hours.

  • There is a quality concern, which will be evaluated by our internal quality assurance team upon return of the product.

Note: Replacements can only be processed once the product has been returned. We do not issue replacements without receiving the original item.

Replacement Not Applicable If:

  • The product has expired.

  • The product has been opened or used.


Return Policy

Most of our products are non-returnable. However, we will accept returns only in cases of wrong or damaged product delivery. In such cases, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.


Refund Policy

Refunds may be processed in the following cases:

  • Quality-related issues verified by our team.

  • Orders cancelled by Immune Pharmacy before dispatch.

Refunds may be provided in the form of:

  • E-Vouchers (redeemable on future purchases)

  • Gift Cards

  • Direct Bank Transfers

Note:

  • Bank refunds will be processed within 7–8 working days after quality checks are completed.

  • Refunds can only be credited to the original customer’s bank account (matching the name on the order).

  • Cash refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Refunds will only be initiated after receiving the returned product. In case a self-shipped item is lost during transit, refunds will not be processed.
